Yeah they are acting on behalf of, as far as i'm aware. According to them it's in the CCA that this is the case. I am as of yet, i'm not in possesion of such so not able to check it unfortunetly.

So as they have seemingly ignored my CCA request and supposedly used my one pound postal order to fund the account what procedure do I take? Send the debt Indispute letter if I don't recieve the CCA? Hi there, Yeah I'm not sure how many charges but around the £60 pound limit I believe, after Moorcroft's £12 pound per letter claim! Do you want me to find out exactly? The account is from 2008, I believe. I filled in an application form online and I never recieved the forms they said I had to sign. So i've never actually recieved an Argos card but I did still get the item I purchased. So I know they don't have my signature on anything. Thanks Jack

Hey guys, I was contacted by Moorcroft the other week, for a debt owed to argos. It's below £200. I found your site and the CCA letter. The next day I sent a recorded CCA letter to them. I know they recieved the letter. Now I just got home opened a letter on my doorstep which stated thankyou for my £1.00 payment and I'm required to pay the remaining total within the next 48 hours. The only way they'd of known the £1.00 postal order was from me was if they'd of read my letter. I'm very confused here guys! Are they just blindly ignoring my letter? What can I/ should I do?
