  1. Hi I applied for a loan from a loan company and they told me that I had qualified for the loan. so I hand to send them a brokers fee of £69 which I sent via my debit card a week later I phoned them to see what was happening they told me they could no longer do the loan and I to send them a letter stating that I wanted to cancel the loan aplication so they could send me my money back 30 days after they receive the letter I ask why they could not debit my card back the money they reply they will send me a check 30days after they receive my letter. In response to this I asked if they would be sending me the interest this money would have earned during this time, to which they replied no. is this leagal?
