I hope u guys can help. I have put a claim in for two alloy wheels on my near side that were bent by a large pot hole. i have done all things correct with pictures etc. My claim has been thrown out by the councils insurance company by saying The highway concrned is inspected annually. No defect was recorded at the place concerened. the council recieved there report 1 day before my accident. They say they are allowede 14 days to carry out their repair. Consequently I have no claim as I fall into the 14 day repair target. HELP!
