Hi I have an MBNA credit card, I have requested a copy of my signed agreement but all I have received is 6 blank copies of the Credit Card Agreement Regulated By The Consumer Credit Act 1974. When I received the last one today I telephoned them again and they said as the application was on online all I had to do was "tick a box" and I didn't have to sign. Can I hold this up as unenforcable? Any advise would be very helpful. Spurdog
