Thanks Closey for the support. Prelim. went off July 25, in the sum of £690, reply today from Andrew Farmer, Customer Service Advisor, ' who's sad that I'm so unhappy' . Cue for a song methinks! However he did enclose a leaflet...no flowers... no cheque... a leaflet. '...Guess I'll hang my tears out to dry ....' and I thought we were getting on so well..... Thats all for now folks!
