  3. Am starting my thread for my claim but before I get onto that.... Does anyone else find the staff in Natwest, not so much rude, but disinterested? It really annoys me when I use the counter and I try and be polite (It's not the cashiers fault the bank charge ridiculously) but I am usually faced with a blank expression. It really annoys me. Does anyone fill in the questionnaires that come around every so often? Oh I had so much expressing my views, doubt it will do much but anyway. Sending my second DPA letter today after my first one got the usual reply of "please send money". Anyway I'll be interested to find out how much I've paid in charges over the last six years. I'm going to take a guess at least £1000! Although some charges I have written to be refunded and in some cases they have done so. Recently I was charged £35 for going overdrawn by £2.65 can you beleive it? Yes I am sure you can. In my letter I said I thought the charge was disgusting and I shall be reflecting this in the next questionnaire. Sent it to my local branch and the manager phoned me to say he agreed that the charge was unfair and would refund it, but he was not doing it because I mentioned the questionnaire!! Well hopefully I'll get a reply in the next 40 days and go from there. I'll keep you posted. D
  4. Hi I used the letter in the library to ask Natwest for details on my bank going back to 2000. Got a letter today to say "I will be happy to arrange for the bank statements your requested to be sent out directly. The free for this is £5. If you require a full Subject Access Request (SAR) the fee for this is £10 but does not normally include bank statements..." Am I supposed to be charged to see my own details? Has anyone else had this? What shall I do?
