I received a letter from Barclays, stating I could choose my own PROVIDER, but still have to pay off my loan.

Have written a letter to Mercers,(proffessional letter-which a friend wrote for me) which I hope will hold them off for a while. So Barclays is saying you can choose your own PROVIDER, but if Advent has the money-how will one pay for it,when one still has to pay back to Barclays.

I also received a letter from Barclays, I can choose my own provider, but must keep on paying the loan. Also had a letter from 'Resolvecall', they are acting on behalf of Mercers Debt Collection-saying if I don't pay up, they will be coming round personally to collect! Have signed up with fuzzbutt, just hope it doesn't take ages.

Thanks have managed to get through! Any ideas how I can stop Mercer Debt Collection, have only got 7 days.

Hi all,I am new to this site. Am also an Advent student, joined last year in August-stopped my payments as soon as I got the E-mail from Advent.Rang the F.O and they have written a letter of complaint,since then I have received letters from Mercers Debt Collections to pay and got a letter yesterday to pay the full amount in 7 days!! So can the CAG team help me or someone give me advice. I come from East Anglia.
