Dear All, As we are sure you know, at CFO we are more than aware of the comments posted on this forum about the service we provide and individual cases. We would therefore like to make a general, blanket response to cover many of the points made within this forum. We would like to emphasise that we do not and have never purposely taken any payment from an individual who did not have an outstanding agreement/balance with us. If you choose not to make repayment on time late fees will be added and collection procedures will commence. We are upfront and honest with regards to our late fees, which are all documented in the credit agreements signed by our customers. We have many customers who use our service correctly, (i.e. to cover an unexpected bill or car repairs) make the repayment on time and are then able to borrow from us again at any point in the future should they need us. With this in mind, if you feel that you are unable to make the repayment, please do not take out the credit. If you do not adhere to the rules of the contract terms and condition will apply.
