I was in a motorcycle accident accident three and a half years ago where I was Knocked of my motorbike by a wagon whilst overtaking him him. My insurance company has advised me to accept an 80/20 settlement in my favour as they do not think that a judge will find the wagon driver 100% at fault purely because of predjudice still held against bikers even though I have witnesses but they are bikers too. How would this affect my No Claims Discount as I have 8 years worth?
