Hi, Just to let everyone no today went really well in court we got an absolute discharge by the judge she was discusted at what acenden had done to us. We are also in the process of going to the fos re all there ficticious charges. we have had £7700 added to £2000 in missed payments these payments were missed when we had a serious house fire 5 years ago and to date they still say we owe £4666.32 even though we have been paying our cmi plus £78 off the arrears every month it dosent add up but nothing acenden does adds up. we were only taken back to court because of the level of arrears and this is the 13th time since 2005. At least my husband has calmed down now. I also grudge paying every penny to these idiots as they sit there wondering what else they can do to make every customers life a living nightmare

yes we did and they no they have recieved and cashed it. The holding on because we are in court with them again on the 25th May so more charges 2 be added

Hi We have sent Acenden a cheque for £4666.32 for fictious arrears charges to clear them as we are sick of been takin to court by them, Acenden claim they have never recieved the cheque even though it was sent recorded post and signed for as recieved On the 8th May, The cheque was cashed on the 10th May and was cashed by them and still they say they have never recieved it thus leaving us still in arrears and had the balls to ask us for a £65 administration chrge cheeky sods

Hi Brassnecked Thanks for getting back to me, Sherforce are trying to collect on a debt for Yorkshire Water from 2007 when we had a serious house fire the house was gutted by fire forcing us to move out and let a maintainence company have full control with rebuild along with the builders. ( we were out of the property for a year) the water was used by the builders. We were never aware of any court action havent even recieved any court orders or papers as such just Sherforce letters demanding money. We have not moved recentley We dont get benefits only child tax and working tax my husband is self employed and only gets a low wage. I have Asthma and i currently recovering from a car crash My 2 yr old son is partially sighted but as yet hasnt had it named as a disability due to his age. I wont back down to these bullys as they dont scare me i just need to be armed to deal with them and i will never let them in to my home. They are due to come back again this week which i suppose will add more crappy fees on again as they have to come from essex. All windows and doors are secure Joby73:shock:

Hi Just a quick Question can anybody advise on what charges are legal when a high court enforement officer hand delivers on a ccj to your door as i have had 2 vists now hence i have not been at home when they called. We have been charged £635 per vist for a bill which was just over £600. They are now getting nasty threatening to break down the door to remove goods which i no they cant do they have never been in to the house and will never be invited in. Also can they take my car thats registered to me if only my hubby is named on the bill. Any advice would be welcomed please Has anybody had dealing with these leagalized burgalar bully boys

Hi nightmare, I have made a complaint to capstone about the charges they just tried to fob me off with there excuses under there tariff and charges guide, I have also made a complaint to the FOS there are dealing with it at the moment, I no the judge wont grant them a possession order just getting sick of them having to drop everthing else just to go back to court with these idiots, I have also written a letter to the courts explaining what is happening sine we were last in court on the advice of my solicitor so when they apply hopefully the judge wont grant them a hearing cos it would be a waste of time, Joby73:razz:

Hi Yes basicly we have to pay them on the first of the month and on the suspended repo order the Judge agrees that we should stick to paying on the first of the month i pay it by cash straight in to there account via barclays using the giro counter foil system so i have proof of the day i paid it ive had probs with them when ive paid via debit card, and they say because they are getting the payment late through barclays holding the money its my problem and i have 2 incurr litigation charges every month of £115 and £45 arrears managment fee and that this is grounds to go for another eviction on me again i cant see the judge agreeing with them cos im fulfillling my side of the suspended repo order

Well guess who i received a letter off yesterday morning? Yep Crapstone saying that they are going 2 issue repo against me again because i havent kept to the court order stating that i should pay on the 1st of every month. I paid them on the 1st of april as required under the court order. they didnt get the payment until easter sunday supposedly so I have broke the court order according to them. Long argument on the fone with them and i have got nowhere with them £115 added again plus £45 they are nowt but lying ripping off scumbags took them 8 days to start procdedings again:mad::mad:

Well update is we have won yes won them!!!! No doubt they will have us back in court again soon with more excuses, The Judge got very Irate with capstone leagal team for dragging us back before the court again for no valid reason he could clearly see that we had kept to our payment plan the judge in the end told capstone to basicly shut there mouth great result but next plan is im selling im getting out of the mortgage buisness......:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Hi everyone today i have managed to find myself a solicitor who is working hard on our case and will be representing us in court on wednesday, I will keep everyone updated on what happens (wish me luck)
