Thanks for that advice. When sending these letters in can I take it that I shouldnt put a signature on them?

Hi all, I came across this and have read through quite a few of the pages with great interest and I was wondering if the credit card nonenforcable thing is still valid? I have 3 cards which I have had for over 10yrs or more and I was hopeful that someone could point me in the right direction where to start. I intend to try with my cahoot card first. Is there a step by step process on here (I have looked but perhaps I cant see the wood for the trees) or could some let me know where to start. Thanks in advance for any help much appreciated
