Private seller ..his advert totally misrepresented the van...

Hi i bought a van on ebay with 1 months mot on it didnt check it over such a great advert which clearly stated in ad "no issues with rust to panelling and the undercarriage is in great shape".. and also states " it is due for mot in feb 2015 but it will fly through there are no hidden issues" which are clearly untrue as whole off underneath is rot with at Least £1000 worth of welding .. advert is obviously lies where do i stand there is more info regarding the sale thought i would mention major part of dispute to see what you think thanks in advance...

the problem we have in our part of the street is we have very few spaces for the amount of houses ,one of the neighbours works for a courier company and has a massive van and i do mean massive takes up 2 + car spaces he does nt work long hours so usually plenty spaces when he gets home so he parks it any old way which can result in another one space been used up due to bad parking approaching is not an option as i know it will end in tears (his not mine LOL) i have phoned his area office who were polite but said not much they could do ..i have tried to read about vehicle operaters licence on the net but just cant find anything out about rules and regs about parking on the street anyone able to enlighten me thanks in advance !!!

hi folks having made myself bankrupt back in march (best thing i ever did ) after 2.5 years of worry thx to northern rock and bank of scotland....not !!!!!!! anyway back to the point ... i recieved a letter a month agofrom cardiff court with ccj against me for a debt that was included in my bankruptcy can they do this ? a week after said letter arrived had letter from o/r stating im no longer bankrupt yipee .. if ccj is/nt valid will it be on my records ??

hi folks i was repossed by northern rock after they failed to renew my fixed rate which they said they would do went from approx 5oo a month to 950 a month conseqently with loans borrowed to keep my head above water an neg equity etc a 105 thousand pound house owned for three years then repossed left me 72000 pounds in debt (thx northern rock i owe you one lol) yesterday i was in court and now bankrupt .........

hi i also went to court yesterday and was declared bankrupt ... two mins with judge asked if i had had advice from someone then read my reasons for bankruptcy then said you certain you want to do this i said yes he said ok your now bankrupt ... so much easier than i thought it was going to be everyone in court treated with utmost respect my debts were 75000 hope the OR is as nice when see or speak to them... any good luck

well after two years off worrying about going bankrupt i finally did it its official .. IM BANKRUPT !!!!!!!!!!! YIPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

well its done after 2 years off worrying about it all i am now officially bankrupt !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

finally i have a basic bank account now which my wages get paid into weekly what usually happens on day of bankruptcy and afterwards will i be able to keep it or will it be frozen

well ive no regrets with not going on holiday .. just wont all this bankruptcy out the way and look to the future !!!!!!!!!! i am starting to worry as to what will happen on friday .. can anyone advise me i am a sole trader with 75000 debt i have no accounts for last three years no assets except van and tools .. do people often get refused bankruptcy due to no accounts .. wil they enforce a BRO on me .. lots off worries going through my head ...
