Hi, Got a Audi on Finance from VW three & half years ago, costing £60K. Payments of £1100 a month with a balloon payment of £27K at the end which was due in February. Situations changed and i now havent got the balloon payment, called Audi today to look at refinancing with them to cover the balloon payment, but they have said that as the policy matured in February, they are now looking to collect only & will not look at refinancing options. Have i got a card to make the payment on!!! Where do i go?? i know there are companies out there that will do this for me, but when i search i only seem to come up with people who want to finance a new car for me. I also dont want to be taken by sharks paying a ridiculous apr. Any suggestions on who to go to? Reputable companies? Many Thanks Michelle
