hi i wonder if someone can help me. i took hp with welcome finance in 2007 this year i suppouse to finish my payments but i couldnt afford. i went thruought debt managment company. does anyone knows if i can do this. when the welcome finance called me i said that i have debt menagment programme and they said that i cannot do this because there is a assest on the car. i am stuck now. please help me
