  4. Cool, I saw that too, but didn't say what mine says, I assume mine means barred, as the phone is barred, as I am on a payment plan
  5. Equifax said that they can't access the alerts that said they had been deleted as I stupidly ordered a new credit credit, so apparently it wipes all previous information, they said it is usually and error, account over 6 years old, or fraud? So getting a bit worried now

  8. Well I called up and started a payment plan for my other accounts, and tried to pay by my card (2 in fact) and said unable to process them? Even though I have used them both today successfully? I am starting to worry that they think I fraudulently made those accounts :(

  11. It’s so random, as I do have other accounts with Orange too; mobile, broadband, and they haven’t been deleted, so it is really weird? Maybe they thought it was Fraud or something??

  13. Hi I have noticed that 2 credit agreements from Orange have been removed from my credit file. I was just wondering as to why they would have been removed. I have been advised that usually it is as the accounts are over 6 years (which they are not) or Orange have instructed Equifax to do so, what reasons would Orange remove credit agreements for? Many thanks

  15. I have been trying to contact Orange this morning for hours, and I go though all the menus, enter phone number etc, and then to get told, “sorry, we can’t transfer you at the moment, please call back later” How annoying!!! Why would they do that!? :confused:
  16. Arrrghhh I am so annoyed, just called up Equifax and they said because the account maybe over 6 years, it isn't!! Or the other reason that Orange requested them to do so? Why would they do that?..

  18. The accounts would have only been 2 months old & no requests for payments were made? What are the usual reasons why credit agreements are deleted??..

  21. Hiya No they are a couple of months old??? Which is why it is confusing me, I have posted a question to Equifax aswell.
