  1. Hi I need some advice please. I ordered two TVs from Comet and asked them to deliver them to my house. They delivered them on two different delivery numbers. I have this confirmed with their delivery centre and my receipts. One TV on each delivery. However 3 months later (now!) I have received a phonecall from their local branch saying they actually delivered an extra TV on one of the deliveries by mistake and they want £2k from me - ie they say they delivered 3 tvs not 2. They have sent me a proof of delivery signed for both deliveries showing 3 TVs - both slips signed by a signature I have never heard of. What can I do as they are sending me to "collections" Thanks for any help.
