anyone?

on boxing night i sold a ticket for lush northern ireland on ebay for £60, the buyer came and collected it in person but paid via paypal so then the slimeball goes and requests a refund saying he never received the item, noy paypal have passed me debt onto newman who continue to bombard my mums address with letters i have told them the situation but they say as i dont have proof that the buyer received the item, i am responsible for the debt has anyone experienced similar circumstances?

i dont want to apply again as it will be bad for credit im paying off 1 dca by the name of aic but it will be a while before its cleared im not paying clarity, as creation who i was with threw on charges of nearly £300

i tried to get credit through creation yesterday , wasnt asked for previous address so was declined ill not be paying any money to clarity now, no point just keeping my credit card payments and direct debits up to date to build up my credit score

well its not like im going to be drinking and driving ever again thats well history ill take the risk with the insurance if its beyond what i can afford

that not what im looking for. why on earth would i be looking sympathy for mistakes ive made?? last thing im lookin for!!

i mean it 150% i just wont be legit on the road as the insurance will be too dear

for your information the 1st time i was banned was for being in charge, my car had broken down and i was going to get something out of it NOT DRIVING. i will never EVER drink drive again as i dont want to go to jail but i do plan to be on the road when my bans up thanks

its ok im going to do it online and just not inform them as its highly likely that ill notbe able to afford it. there are certain companies that deal with convicted drivers like myself ill take my chances once my bans up thanks anyway

i got some equipment on finance 2 years ago and lost my job so they heaped on loads of charges, i couldnt afford to pay it as it was ridiculous so i had to move house due to intimidation reasons. the debt has been passed to clarity, but im wondering if i went to the shop with my passport and a bank statement with my new address would be be able to obtain credit or what way would the search be carried out

i took out some things on credit 2 years ago and lost my job last year so fell behind on the payments, so they heaped on loads of charges and i was unable to pay them. so they sold the debt to a DCA clarity i moved house were i now get my bank statements etc, if i was to return to the shop to obtain goods on credit with a passport and a bank statement at my current address, would this work?

hi thanks for the reply, i cant see where it states that i would have to resit my test, only that some medical requirements may be asked for, so im thinking i dont have to resit my test as it wasnt ordered by the court?

i only done it that once and it wont be happening again so theres no get out clause if i was to join then lose my job or anything

the magistrate didnt say i had to resit my test, do a medical or sit an extended test. she just gave me a 3 year ban and 12 months probation
