Hi All,
My wife and I seperated 6 months ago, and our electricity at the time was supplied by E-ON. I was the account holder and after the seperation I attemted to remove my name from the account, and put hers on. Thinking this was done, with no problem, they then sent me a bill for £189.00.
The account remained the same, the direct debits remained the same the only difference was the name change (mine to hers).
Unfortunately I have wrote to these debt collectors and made an offer of payment on a monthly basis. Is there anyway I can avoid paying this?
Thanks
Chris
