Know the Law! Its on your Side!!! Have you noticed on your paperwork from them it says Your ouststanding balance is. Nowhere does it say Bill/ invoice... Thats because payment is optional by Law!!! If some one sends you a bill then its lawfull for you to pay it. A demand for money of this type is a Legal fiction!!! Its in Blacks Law dictionary!!! By law they cannot send you a bill!! therefore you are not bound to pay it!!! They are hoping you dont know the law and will mistake the demand for a bill!!! People kill themselves over things like this. All because the debt advice people are gaged and cannot tell you this. its said to give the consumer an unfair advantage.
