Hi, I've got copies of all emails right from the start. I've repeatedly asked for refund, one issue is they wouldn't reply to my original complaint, their reply fell well outside 30 days but my original reporting of the fault was well within. They just ignore my requests! -

Thank you, they refuse to honour that though, how can I enforce it? -

Unfortunately not -
Hi, I'm after some advice. I bought a quad for my 7 year old from Funbikes, however it arrived assembled wrong and a cross threaded bolt snapped, leaving it unrideable. I reported the fault, with pics to them within 30 days, they ignored me for 3 weeks then sent a bolt in an envelope. I'd explained I paid them £50 for assembly, which had been done wrong, and that a bolt was useless as the other one was cross threaded and would need drilling out - which obviously I wasn't starting doing as it's inaccessible and I'd have had to dismantle the bike. They then ignored me for weeks, refusing to reply to emails or answer calls. Eventually, when I threatened reporting them, they offered me another replacement part and £50 back, this has taken 3 months to get to. I've told them I've completely lost faith, and although I may have accepted that if they replied immediately, I now would like a refund. They refuse to give a refund until they've 'inspected' the quad, however they've got pics from right at the start and I reported the fault within 30 days. They simply won't answer and keep fobbing me off. I have never experienced such disgusting service. What would you advise? I don't want them picking the quad up pre refund as I don't trust them at all and doubt I'll ever see the money. I didn't just change my mind, the quad was defective. Any advice much appreciated. Thanks
