  2. I originally sent this letter : Dear Sir/Madam I am requesting a schedule of the charges and fees that have been levied from my account, for the last 6 years. I am entitled to this information under the Data Protection Act 1998. The schedule needs to include the date, reason, i.e. unpaid DD unpaid standing order, unauthorized overdraft etc, and amount of each charge. The reply they sent said that they could only provide statements and since then all my correspondence had been by phone.
  3. I requested a schedule of charges from dpa helpline and was told they couldnt help and to phone customer services . Customer services would only provide statements so i got 6 years worth through in the post. I have now made a schedule of charges but have no description of what they are for as it only says charges as notified on the statements, so i phoned customer services again and they said they will now provide me with a list of what each charge is for. When i get this shall i just go ahead and send the claim letter or do i need to know if there was manual intervention on each charge ?
  4. After trying this number i was told that a schedule of charges is not held under the dpa and to phone customer services. They (customer services) wont provide a schedule of charges but will provide all my statements for £5, so 6 years worth of statements are now on the way in the post.
