  1. First of all thanks everyone, your posts have been really helpful and due to your advice around full & final settlements, I have already made payments of £5800 to write off debt of £18800. However im afraid im not there yet and still having to deal with large amount of debt, and need a little more advice. I have been reading up on unenforceable debt, and contacted two creditors in particular, that being Natwest, and Barclaycard. I used the template letter for the original request and waited the 12 working days. Both responded fairly quickly, and Natwest in all fairness provided me with all the signed agreements I ever made, and all were accurate and I will now look into a F&F settlement or some monthly payment plan. Barclaycard however sent me back an accurate and correct set of terms of conditions however these were just a generic set from my application 6 years ago. There was no signature and obviously wasn't a 'true copy' of my actual agreement just something from there archives. From my understanding with the recent statement from OFT, this is all they actually have to send me. I sent them a further letter stating that I still have not recieved a 'signed copy of my agreement' and that I required this before any further action could occur with my account. I recieved a letter today which basically stated, that they have sent me all that is required from my request, and that it does not need to be signed. They have sent me an accurate copy of terms and conditions, and credit agreement, and that i am 'clearly liable' to pay the outstanding amount. To summarise, from what they are saying and OFT, is that all they need to send me and if so what steps shall i take now I still have no proof of a signed credit agreement. Am I truly not entitled to see my original signed agreement??, I also have had a years worth of charges on the account, and PPI was placed on the card for 6 years, and if im honest I dont remember agreeing to it, but then I dont remember not agreeing either. Will appreciate any help that can be offered, and if anyone wants any advice with full and final settlement negotiations then please just ask I have become some what of an expert. Thanks all
