  1. Hi, Thanks for your replies. We have just had the Allocation Questionaire sent to us so still early stages I guess. When would we send the letter to the judge asking for the order of disclosure? What extra info should we be putting into the AQ?
  2. Hi there, We have got a claim against Abbey for £4,500 and it has gone to the courts but Abbey are fighting it! For those of you who have been successful, did you have to appear in court? Did you have a solicitor to help you? Did you have to stick to your guns and keep going or did they just give in straight away? Any comments appreciated. Sam & Rob
  3. Hi, We have put in a claim to Abbey back in the beginning of August and so far we have had two replies from them asking for more time. Its been six weeks and we got another letter last week saying they want to do a thorough investigation and will write to us again in another 4 weeks. I don't think this is acceptable so have written again giving them only 2 weeks. Has anyone else had a similar outcome and did they eventually pay up? I really don't want to go to small claims court but I guess that we may not have a choice. Any replies welcome Sam + Rob
  4. Thanks for this, so its not got to go to the Data Protection Team in Milton Keynes then? Do we still have to send the £10 fee or are we just asking Abbey for the information on our charges. I'm a little confused by it all!
  5. Hi, We are very new to this and just starting out with our case. I have drafted a letter to request the list of charges and understand it needs to go to the Data Protection address for the Abbey but cant find the actual address anywhere. Is there anyone who can advise of this, is it just one address for the Abbey or does it vary depending on where your branch is? If anyone can advise we would be really grateful.
