Hi everyone, I ran into trouble with a loan and 3 CC plus an overdraft with RBS (this one really got me furios). Signed a Trust Deed 8 months ago and not missed a payment since. Since the RBS account was joint with my partner, we both kept receiving calls from different collection services, but I kept ignoring them. Until few months ago, Fredrickson International Limited probably took the case on RBS's behalf. 3 phone calls a day and 1 text message for the last month or so. Untill today, I received a letter before action addresed to my partner. I am worried as she is not well and also very stressed (last year in uni) and going to court be too much for her. What should I do? Shall I answer them? Help/advice would be much appreciated.
