  2. Hi,I am trying to create a link of the letter/photo for you to see, please be patient
  3. Hi,its says: An enforcement agent(that is,a certificated bailiff)called today to enforce the warrant of execution, distress warrant or liability order issued against you for which you are responsible. The details are shown above. The enforcement agent visited with the intention of seizing(levying on)your goods. The cost of this be added to what you already owe and the total amount is shown above. If more enforcement action is necessary,it will further increase the amount you owe. TO PREVENT THIS YOU SHOULD PAY IMMEDIATELY.
  4. Thankyou KIPTOWER & BUZBY,I have now posted a new thread, new to this so apologies for responding to this thread.

  6. Hi,thanks for your speedy response,I have not received any court papers and if I do am more than happy to go to court. So if they turn up and I am here I can just tell them to go away? Do you think its worth phoning them as there is a mobile number? (The letter is headed High court enforcement and certificated bailiffs (JBW Group))
  7. Hi,Needing some advise please,my partner was driving my car and was issued with a fine for leaving the car park(approx 6 months ago),after reading up on numerous forums I decided to take the advise and just ignore any correspendance regarding this fine(issued to me as the owner of the vehicle but not the driver on that day).I have not responded to any letters from UKPC or their collection agency.Today the bailiff called and have left a letter,I am prepared to go to court but am worried that they may call back and clamp my car.Any suggestions please?
