2nd letter from here: Unfair UK Bank Charges | legal help from Govan Law Centre, Glasgow, UK Has anyone EVER taken on Ulsterbank and been successful? What was the turn of events?

I got reply back yesterday saying they thought the charges were fair etc. I sent another letter from another site today - will post it here when I get home as I am in work at the mo.

lol Well, I have only saw one success with Ulsterbank and I was searching big time! Wanted to help any others that were in the same boat as me.... btw, forgot to say, claiming around 700!

Sent Letter requesting Statements. Received Letter explaining they were dealing with. Received Full Statements going back to 2001 Totalled charges and sending letter tomorrow asking for them back.
