Thanks Scott. Not I haven't yet. Have been reading through the pages the last few days. Is there anywhere a definitions page on this site - there are so many abbreviations I get a little lost at times! Thanks for directing me to that other thread! I am sure ready to give them a good stab! Between our family we have have/had in the last 6 years 14 CC, 7 personal bank accounts and 1 bus a/c, 3 loans (PPI?!) and some 7 mortgages! They will wish they never knew my name!

Following the 22 Dec 09 announcements - is it still adviseable to request repayment of bank charges? Will the form letters be changed or do we use them as-is?
