Hi, I have a question to see if anyone can help me. Here goes... I put my 2 cats in my vets boarding cattery for 10 days, both cats were healthy going in, one had a case of pancreatitis which was being treated by the vet and he was doing well. When I went to collect them, both cats had really bad colds (I was actually told by the receptionist they were sick and needed to see a vet - which I thought was shocking!) I then had to bring both cats back to the vet for treatment which I thought was covered by the vets insurance, but the cat which had pancreatitis was really ill and needed to be kept in as he couldn't get over the cold. Unfortunately, he was unable to recover from the cold and the vet had to put him down. I have now been landed with a bill for £1790 as the vet said it was because of his pancreatitis, but it was due to him having a cold in my book and I am very unhappy about this bill as I feel it was their fault for giving him the cold in the first place. Have you guys got any ideas on any action I can take?
