Hi folks! First post on this forum so here goes.. I ordered 3 CDS off Zavvi on Monday night. I ordered just the one to start with so my first order had just 1 item in it. Then around 15minutes later I ordered another 2CDS so that order had 2 items in it.. Yesterday 1CD arrived so I just thought that the other two got caught up in the Christmas post and thought nothing else of it. Today I had 3 CDS arrive. I had the one that I received yesterday again and the other two that I ordered arrived. Now me being slightly curious about all this I checked my online statement and it seems they have taken the money out of my account twice. They took the money out of my account on the day I ordered the items and then again 2 days later! The CD that I have received twice has been posted with the same invoice inside the packaging. So that's just human error that they have done the same order twice which I can live with. But taking the money out of my account twice is what I am concerned about here. On Zavvi in my order history it clearly shows that I only made the order for 3 CDS. Where do I stand on all this? Sorry if it's all a bit confusing I've tried to make it as simple as possible!
