hi new to this is anyone out there an "old bank of scotland " customer,whiwhch has now changed over to halifax bank of scotland i need some questions answered please...ive been reading this and i still dont kno who do i write to or fone and where do i start help please......

hi lainey happy here i know how u feel, ive had a joint account with my husband with the bos now the hbos,and im new to this great consumer group,i phoned corporate banking and they sent me details of 2 old accounts we had and paid off!!under pressure we currently have 1 outstanding overdraft with them and they are refusing to renew our overdraft as "its an old bos account "which now leaves us having to pay them back £1,000 in overdraft,ive counted roughly between th 3 accounts they must owe us my family,£5,000im nerv ous to as you always think the bank is right!my husband is going to sit with me and study the forum and hopefully we will conquer these banks good luck keep us posted:)
