My garage replaced an alternator belt but missed off the pulley, as a result after just 3 days I had to take the car back to the garage and pay another £260 for another new alternator belt, pulley and labour. My question is this: 1). Am i able to claim back all the costs (£260) and or 1 days loss of earnings?. 2). Who should I talk to about claiming this back? 3). What are my options?
