Hello my friend, don't dispair you will find the answers here in this forum. You are not alone so many people in the same boat. As for bailiffs coming round as far as I understand they can only do that with a court order after taking you to court. They do not have right of entry either unless you have let them in before. These people use scare tactics because most people do not know their rights or the law. Just search this site, everything you need to know is here.
