ok pie and beer have come back to a few of our learned crew with a document entitled advice for customers... this is clearly a document intended to incite doubt and confusion in the mind of the reader, not present a coherent legal argument. it is full of flaws and contradiction, and like all correspondence to date is one sided propaganda. their supposed independant legal counsel is actually a director of pie and beer.... if you don't believe me check out the company listing! on the jurisdiction argument the idiot even quotes the wrong section of the cca.... once again pure professionalism...... they are also silent on the poorly written gagging document they were asking people to sign in return for their debts being wiped... plus in their 10 page verbatious response they dare to question my integrity. how can a 3rd tier parasitical organisation have the standing to question anyone's integrity. ive been fairly level headed about this up to now, but now i just want a fight! perhaps mr singa confused songa, mr small john thomas on mr pooh colour would like to call me and explain?

rory thats interesting. pie beer and balls are supposed to freeze your case whilst it is beig investigated by fos... not progress it.... another slapped wrist for them once fos find out....

save your money this week mate i already won. as a one off they changed the numbers for letters.... f o s and a s i c were this weeks winners.... last year there was a claim on a s s i g n m e n t and u c c c but they turned out to be roll over weeks.... like in any game the judges decision is final eventually...

not sure it's the import duty bodgit.... more the cold canadian trade route..... a 2 year spell through those canadian winters does them no good at all..... red sauce goes well with pie and beer, but lemons are no good to them.... pity cause they thought it would be as good as an atm that handed out free cash all year long..... now that is something people dream about!!!!

dodgy.... no cv but we are graced regularly by the upper eschelons of pie and beer....so im reliably informed and forewarned.... no one is quite sure who owns the pie though, not sure whether the meat is canadian or british but seems its definitely not aussie..... don't be put off by the cockroaches peddling them either, im sure they are only trying to make a dishonest quid... unfortunately the beer is no good either.... too much hot air has warmed it even beyond a pom's pallete... as for the indian ball jockey it turns out he owns part of the pie cart too... naughty naughty asic is reading too....

i agree. i also have reason to believe the tide has turned against pioneer. fos is the way to go, then followed by asic one fos ruling is out...

well interesting times. ive just had a call from someone at pie and beer. making offers.... either genuine or to identify me on here im not sure but im not shy, im happy to come out of the closet..... offering to wipe the debt on two accounts if i go quietly... now now there's something to consider... by go quietly i mean withdraw from fos.... not sure which way to go... seems a bit of a win win either way to me and a lose lose to pioneer option 1) i take their so kind and generous offer.... WIN!! option 2) Fos bends them over and makes them bleed..... WIN!!!! can we take a vote on which way you'd go i'm split....

they have potentially bought the debt and so they need to prove the debt was legally assigned. we believe it wasn't and despite being nearly 20 strong now the PFF have not seen any proof of assignment. the only way a debt from the uk can be assigned is under the property act 1925, not the uccc as they claim. if theyve got you worried they have you where they want you. Read section 141 of the consumer credit act 1974. they do NOT have jurisdiction to do anything about this debt in australia They might have purchased the debt but it's still bound by uk laws. read back over earlier posts and dont pay one cent. pm me if you want to talk about it havr you complained to fos?

the one and the same 3 role shee- baa graduated from a perth university 3 years ago with an arts degree, just google her name.... despite obviously been quite dumb. or at least too dumb to get a proper job thats why she's become KRJ's be-atch at pie and spit in my beer. for a 24 year old graduate to start working for these clowns must mean she is stupid or hard up or desparate. none of them can write a half decent letter to save their lives
