  1. Hi, just a quick question.. I had a SD a while back that I managed to get set aside with the help of all the posts on here, does this action reset the clock on the statute barred limit or not? thanks
  2. Hi indebtandharrased, thanks for the link, do you have a link to a Government site that has that information on? or where that file came from. the reason is.. there is a lot of info on this site and a lot of variations of the same info.. I just want to double check it and make sure it is quoted correctly before I use it.. cheers
  3. Hi, thanks for your info.. I have most of the stuff relating to default notices found on this site.. I have also looked at gov sites.. I am after the official part that states what statements the default notice must contain. i.e The following statements must be included in the notice. These cannot be altered at all: • “If the action required by this notice is taken BEFORE THE DATE SHOWN no further enforcement action will be taken in respect of the breach”. • “If you do not take the action required by this notice BEFORE THE DATE SHOWN then the further action set out below may be taken against you”. • “If you have difficulty in paying any sum owing under the agreement or taking any other action required by this notice, you can apply to the court which may make an order allowing you or any surety more time”. • “If you are not sure what to do, you should get help as soon as possible. For example you should contact a solicitor, your local trading standards department or your nearest citizens advice bureau”. • “Important - you should read this carefully” they exist on this site but I cant find them on gov sites..
  4. Hi, Could someone tell me where I can find the CCA rules 1974 regarding Default Notice prescribed terms. I found a lot of info on here, but cant find on any Official Gov sites. thanks
  5. Hi, I need advice.. I have a judgment entered against me for £xxxxx and the court ordered me to pay £xxxx per month. The judgment says on or before the 26th of each month.. I have been paying this and have not missed any payments. out of the blue I received a letter from Northampton court saying Notice of transfer of proceedings to all parties this claim has been transfered to (other court) for enforcement. what does this mean?
