  6. Its happening the same to my account and my girlfriends account as well , went there today they say it all was written on the terms and conditions and the time the account was opened . Like they say it´s not penalties its a service and there is a fee for a service . its awful i know , i believe that in the 3 years i have the account i paid a total over 2500 in this charges .
  7. Hi , i haven't seen successful cases recently is it because claims are not easy to do these days or because they became so easy that people dont post them here any more ? I'm going to my branch tomorrow trying to get a verbal settlement for all my account charges and my gf´s account , to see what they say before i send a letter before action, im thinking on recording with my phone the interview .
  8. Thanks for your answers people , unfortunately the nightmare is far from the end , just checked my TSB Balance , i had 28 Pounds at the 1 of july Today 01Jul10CHG UNPLANNED O/D FEES 45.00
  9. even that the charges are Really excessive i think its a bit to much to go for the rigth of appropriation for now . can this charges be claimed ?
  10. Hi Tazz , i cant help you because i am in the exactly same situation as you , the only difference is that i don't have an overdraft limit at all and they call it UNPLANNED OVERDRAFT CHARGES... so if my account is with 5£ balance and Lloyds take 7 £ for the monthly account fee my account becomes ``Nil´´ and then they send letter with charges at rates of 15 £ and 20£ a day ... Last Charge i paid was 165£ a few days ago and they already sended the next month charges more 45£ ... Does this make sense ? Anyone ???

  13. Hello , have a little problem wich im not sure were to stand .... a few months ago me and my girlfriend we´r looking for a house to let she´s been on an agency wich i will not say the name for now... she said the agency that would keep the house they showed her and made a deposit of 450£ at that time . a few days later she went to the agency to get the contract and bring him home for us to sign. well at that point things weren´t so good between us and i said her (i dont want to move house for now) ... and i didnt sign the contract... we informed the agency that we would not go further with the letting and we ask for the deposit money back they said they wont give us the money back but if we decided to rent a house again that money will be there as a deposit ... So by law can i ask the money back ? or i´m already lucky enough to have the money there as a future deposit ? Ps. Kind regards
