What happen if the driver of the car lift the car and remove the clamp without my knowledge? I am not insured on the vehicle

It's a long story. A parking ticket not paid in short.

And possibly not worth it more then £1300 since it has been written off last year. And has high mileage. Please advice

What is it EA? Can I argue that I need the car to work? It's technically booked in for a re badge for a NEW 12M PCO LICENCE?

What are my options?

Lift the car park it somewhere else? I just don't want loose my car. And I don't have the money to pay

Equita today come to clamp my car outside the street. The car it's a PCO registered car (currently expired) and it has the insurance in the name of a friend (he got a business trade insurance)for more then 3 months. as I am not driving the car due to access to a company van. I keep the car as I was going to do partime Uber driving with it. Do you think sending a backdated change of logbook name to DVLA will do the trick?

You know what I learn from this? that when someone small like a little business has to lie rip people off to bring up some food on the table and we call them (b****rds). The true is that they are just trying to survive in this jungle. No lie! no business! you honest? you bankrupted before even starting. Banks own you and own me! we are slave of this locked system that survive on less privileged people. It's all about making and producing money. They have to come from somewhere!. So let's pay this time and make them pay on the next occasion. Thanks to the internet we now are more aware and awake. I will never sign any paper without understanding every single term ever again. It's unbelievable how people with finances problems are treated in this country! the less you got the more they want. And the police? they tell you that it's not crime so it's not their business. I'm disgusted on reading stories like this one! A country of great real people been often used as rug by authorised money sharks. Is like you are not allowed to make a mistake and if you do they make in sure that you always regret it. Man! you are a star!!! thank you so much!!!! The scooter has gone stolen (god bless that thief) so that's sorted now. And all 3 vehicle left are on missus name... The fact are the tickets are quite possible to be official! But apparently all 3 tickets come from the same bus lane camera on the same spot in different weeks. I'm sure that once received the first ticket I would have paid on the 13th day (as I don't want to pay them straight away) at the discounted rate.

The tickets are mine I can confirm!!! he doesn't know how to ride anyway. But if I only could have see them on the day they showed up in my door I could appeal or pay... like that I did know that I was being fined. I have paid tons of ticket in my life.... and I could have paid them easily. Is it any other thing that I can do? Also I'm planning to move out pretty soon... should I hide for 6 years? how many visit I can expect? and how should I behave?

Dear community. I must thanks whoever got this brilliant site idea. I have just donated £4 (a little sum left on my paypal after I sold some junk on ebay ). I have now a problem. I was working for Siemens (the transport division) and I was often sent abroad for training and for installs, so I was spending 30% in uk 60% abroad and %10 hiding . But anyway. I have been issued with 3 bus lane tickets riding my scooter . I know it might sound ridiculous but I never received a think from London Lambeth Council. Few months back ( can't remember when but I think it was October 2009 as is it when I registered) I got a bailiff letter that they wanted £180 something pounds for those fines dated summer 2008 ( thought to leave it and ignore it as I should at least have received one from the council). Now on the 11/01/10 I got the bailiff letter WHYTE & CO saying that I now they want form me almost £1400 ( a bit too much don't you think?). In October I have finally kicked out a dodgy flat mate who was dealing drugs and messed with the rent few times and found (behind his bed frame) 3 of the letters (2 still unopened) of the contravention. I had look inside and there where the fines never received. Now I well know to the council has I have been issued about 40 tickets last between 2008 2009 and disputed all of them first and paid them all after. Now I do not want to pay those... I there anything I can do? I still got 2 letters unopened. Can I sued my ex flat mate (if I can find him)? I had a feeling that he was taking my mails because he knew that I was planning something against him with the landlord and agency and told him few time that I would have got rid of him in the hard way. So surely that was his revenge against me. Now I am not employed and claiming JSA only but should start working in 2 weeks time (this is worry me more then making me happy). I also due to move within 2 weeks can someone advice me? P.S. I never ever got in touch with the bailiff just yet. But with the red letter I'm expecting them. I'm not opening the door not even to the postman and the house looks like is for sale as it has a sign for sale sign hanging outside. What is it you advice please?
