Try our eBay sniping service Cagger since : Oct 2009 Posts: 7 Help with littlewoods catalogue Hi all In december I recieved all my backdated statements from littlewoods catalogue (or whatever they are calling themselves these days) after requesting them and sending them the £10 fee, it appears that they have charged me £312.00 admin fees for late payments ect. Today I recieved a letter from lowells demanding a payment for £311.56 saying that this amount is outstanding on my account, well as far as i'm concerned i've paid for my goods and the interest added on it. What should I do now about lowells. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I got a loan in early 2006, the credit agreement has flaws in it (listed below) I have already had a payout of the PPI due to mis-selling, now I need to write to them but I don't know how to word it, can anyone help me here please. No mention of a cooling off period. No mention of the monthly ppi amounts APR shown but not the percentage rate of interest

Hi all, Trading Standards looked at my loan credit agreement and told me that because there is no mention of a 5 day cooling off period and also that the monthly PPI repayments are missing ( have just had the PPI reimbursed), that I have a case for unenforceability and that I should write to the bank, my problem is that I dont know what to write in the letter, can anyone give me some advice please.
