Does anyone have an address for PTP to send a financial statement...I believe the address is Matla???

I too have dealt with these guys,however I guess I was one of the lucky ones.My loan has been paid back and I have also changed my debit card......I have however received 3 emails this week from James Keeble offering me up to £500 as a valuable customer!!!!! Lets hope no money is taken from your account as reading previous threads it could be a possiblity.I suggest cancelling your debit card.

I totally agree,maybe they are taking £1 from previous customers debit cards............one way of making money I guess!!! I have actually just received a missed call on my mobile from their new number (08456856157).When I tried to call this back, shock horror no answer.Lets hope this is the last i hear from them.

I too had a loan with Capital One Finance,the balance was taken from my account twice last month however was corrected the same day. I too have tried to contact them via phone and email but have yet to recieved any form of response!!!! They did however take a random payment from my debit card of £1.00........maybe they were checking it was still valid??? The card has now been cancelled
