Hi,
I am in big problems and wanted some advise on where i stand with my debt issues..
I am with Gregory Pennington and have around 14k worth of debt plus another loan with Welcome finance (half way through this loan about £900 left to pay)
Im due to pay Welcome on 21/09/09 £90 and GP on 01/10/09 £260, but i recently moved to Europe, Czech Republic and the promise of the job I had has fallen through and has left me with no income and all prevous income was spent on the move over here.
My creditors are aware that I have moved away from the UK, and I was still planning to pay my creditors from my UK account but will not be able to meet any payments for a month or two until i find work, I have drafted letters today to GP and WF explaining the situation but I dont know what will happen if I can make payments for a month or two??
Where do I stand on the fact that I no longer live in England, can they still pursue me? I intend to pay these debts back its just the short term I have no funds to make payments and im really concerned.
Can anyone help or advise the best course of action to take?
