I will phone them tomorrow but i dont have much faith that they will do anything, however i will claim them back! Thanks for response(S)!

Hi Scott, Its a fee for being over my OD limit last month, the date is unusual as before any fee had been taken in the middle of the month, my limit is £250 so not massive. It just seems ridiculous that their fees and charges result in non payment, £100 fee just cant be justified. I wouldn't mind so much if they applied a consistent approach, some months they allow payments to go through and next time they don't!
