Hi JGG! Thanks for the reply. I'm looking to claim back late payment charges. Is the CCA request the list of statements? Delivery has never been a problem, but sometimes I've not been able to pay on time and got slapped with a £20 late payment fee.

I'm trying to find the right template to us to send a letter off to Ace (the mail order company 24ace.co.uk - I did read a thread re them (dating back to 2006-2007).
