Hi I too have issues with ebay, one of them being that they would not give me a UK address to write to when I stated that I wanted to send them court papers. They gave me a P.O. box address in Southern Ireland. I wrote 3 times stating that last time I looked outhern Ireland was not part of the UK. Not to be fobbed off I looked up their address (free) on Companies House website and found the following address (it would appear that they have moved!) Ebay (UK) Ltd 5 New Street Square LONDON EC4A 3TW And PayPal (Europe) Ltd are registered at: Whitaker House Whitaker Avenue Richmond Surrey TW9 1EH
