  1. After the Test Case was completed I received the standard computer generated letter tell me the bank was rejecting my complaint. I sent the new letter detailing the CCA argument. I got a letter in the post this morning completely ignoring my entire argument stating that following the Supreme Court ruling the charges are fair and will not be refunded. Should I bother writing back to them to tell them they have ignored my letter or just escalate it?
  2. I have just got in from work to find an order from the Court to say that the stay has been lifted and that the claim has been struck out. The order says that "Any party affected by this order may apply to have it set aside varied or stayed such application must be made within seven days after the date when this order was served on the party applying." What do I tell the court?
  3. I recently made a complaint and claim concerning the PPI and informed HSBC in writing that I would not make the PPI paymetns and that I would make the payments listed for the main loan. This letter was sent recorded delivery, (I have proof it got there). I received a letter from HSBC concerning my complaint about the phonecalls (this is in a seperate thread), the person replying to the complaint confirmed that my letter had been received and would be dealt with by a seperate department. And yet from the attached letter they deney any record of my offer to make the revised paymetns. It is no wonder people have problems with them when you have such liars working for them not to mention when you have this happening: Northampton bank cashier jailed for [pounds sterling]33,000 fraud. - Northampton Chronicle and Echo (Northampton, England) | Encyclopedia.com and Henpecked husband spared jail for stealing £205,000 to fund shopaholic wife's spending sprees | Mail Online I have repeatedly told HSBC that I refuse to talk to them over the telephone and will only deal with them in writing. 4. I tried to use the second link but it wouldn't work, it said I didn't have permission. I will send them a reply email once I have worked out what to put.
  5. What are the three letters, I sent the one tellimg that I will report them, they admitted to using automatic dialers, the Senior Improvement Manager stated that "I do not accept your view that these calls constitute harassment and, while your accounts are not running in order and no formal repayment plan has been agreed, I am unable to provide you with any assurances that these calls will stop"
  6. Hi Folks I have tried checking the various parts of the forum. I sent the first letter to HSBC claiming the PPI back on the basis it was mis-sold. Got a reply a week later saying they are sorry I have complained and that a Regulated Complaints Officer will investigate. However they have said that with regards to cancelling the PPI, I have to go into the branch and they will restructure the loan. "The branch will arrange a new loan without protection and for the outstanding balance on your existing loan to be repaid. I confirm that this new loan will be on the same basis with the interest rate being honoured and the term scheduled to coincide with the term remaining on the original loan." Any advice?
  7. But its the actual provider that has changed from GE Money to Santander Cards who are now shown on my bank statements. I signed no agreement with Santander Cards.
  8. I am new to the forum and I haven’t been able to find a thread that covers this. I originally had a Burtons Store Card, this was provided by GE Money. Without any notification or Warning the account was sold to Santander cards. As my original signed agreement was with GE Money can Santander Cards still go after the balance?
