I need some advice on what to do, my husband got a parking fine that he didn't pay which was then passed onto Phillips, he made arrangement to pay half at the end of august but we haven't paid it due to not having enough money but we never let them know so now we're getting about 2 texts on our landline phone everyday. We're not going to be able to pay them anything for a couple of weeks so what do you think they will do? Will they come to our house? Any advice would be very much appreciated. Emma

Hi there i'm new to this forum but a few months ago i took out a quick quid loan, this is my last month to pay i owe £92 but cant afford to pay it what would happen if i cancel my debit card? would they still be able to take out of my bank as they have my details from when they placed funds in my account?
