Please can anyone advise me if it has been said anywhere that the reclaim court case is not about buiness charges. Lloyds have written after more than yr with 2 letters and the one I received today says they will not look at financial hardship with my account or even repay the charges if they lose thru the court case. The account was a sole trader account and I lost my house and went thru a personal IVA, if that is not financial hardship I don't know what is. Pleasce can anyone help. Someone has said there are different letters for business can anyone please tell me where i can find them. I need to answer this letter asap or they say they will close the complaint.
