good news folks the consumer council for northern ireland were on radio ulsters talkback (friday 11th august) about these charges & want people to start writing to their banks . they too will send you out forms of letters to send to your bank.their phone number is 028 90672488.they also give you a table of fees that the small claims court will charge sould it get that far:lol: happy hunting folks:-)

Asked northern bank in belfast on 05/june/06 for 6years charges ,its now the end of july and no reply from them. Banks in Northern Ireland seem to think their customers are invisible or non exsistant. now waiting for reply from d p a roll on august:-x

i have informed northern bank (05/june/06) that i want all my charges for the last 6 years ,they have tried to fob me off by telling me it will cost me a fortune for the bank to do this .look under forum for data protection & get all of them for £10.keep in touch

seen trevor mcdonald/martin lewis programme been to northern bank /belfast about my charges and they said it will be very expensive for me to get six years charges from them .can anyone tell me how much this will cost or can i add the cost to my claim or are they just trying to fob me off.
