Hi there, I am after some advice please. I have a secured loan with Welcome Finance. I queried the charges and interest as I have paid more than half of the original amount back, but the balence has actually gone up! I requested a copy of my agreement but have been told that it cannot be located but that a generic version can be sent. Does this make the loan unenforceable, and if so how do I get the charge removed from my house? Thank you
