  1. Hello All... I became at the start of this year Legally Licence Free ... I did not renew my TV Licence due the dismal droos that was aired over the festive season .. so what happens when you do not renew your licence, they try to harass you by telephone and postal mail, infact one letter per month getting stronger in tone and threats and harassment. Have a search for TV Licence resistance on the net .. very very informative, the best course of action is no communication with crapita/bbc what so ever, if they chap your door, do as I did .. close it .. and go and read a book.
  2. Hello Folks!!!! A VM Customer since telewest days, once again fault with the telephone, no dialling tone, and as with the last time, and the time before that ... its talking ages to fix, 4 days now, its not just me it seems to be county wide (fife) with numerous people post the same problem on the community forum advice, when its fixed, right on the phone to start WW3 ... 4 days at least without a telephone is just dire, fair enough I have a mobile as a back up, but just say there is an pensioner out there who doesn't understand what going on and in the hope that it "fix itself" eventually but in the meantime needs an ambulance or fire birgade.. god forbid. So, are VM under any obligation to get this fixed tootsuit .. or can they take as long as they want with no alternate to 999 for their "customers"? Thank in advance good people. Centurian Oooyabass
