  1. I have had the self same letter you had MondeoST24 First Direct do not agree charges illegal. I hope I get similar outcome to yours. I am currently waiting for reply to my LBA which should land on FD doormat tomorrow. I had some incomplete instructions and went straight to filing my claim with Northampton court but e-mailed them and called and managed to withdraw my claim pending a reply to LBA letter they're refunding the court costs I'd already paid too. Must say It give me new optimism reading your experience. Not to say mine will pan out the same way but here's hoping. So Bank paid up then what do you do with regard to the court? Did you then withdraw your claim? Bank obviously didn't enter a defence.
  2. Thanks I've e-mailed them already but will phone too just to be on safe side.
  3. submitted it:( can I suspend action pending my sending the LBA letter do you know
  4. Hi Thank you for your advice I was following the step by step instructions and believed I was at step 4. So what do I do from here I have to send a further letter giving a further 14 days. I have already filled in the Money claim per instrcutions at step 4 whre do I go from here then any ideas? can I delay the claim while I lodge my second letter?
  5. I've sent my DPA letter and had a response 6 years statements delivered by courier and returning my £10 cheque. Sent letter claiming refund and reply arrived today. They deny the charges unlawful and say I should contact their customer relations manager within 8 days or they will consider matter resolved. Said if complaint can not be resolved they would ultimately have to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service. I'm just filling in the Moneyclaim claim on the internet. Should I be noting the box to claim interest at 8% APR if so how do I work this out I can't seem to find the Spreadsheet in the library
