  1. please help, I took a sml bus loan in 2002, they secured it on the property, the property is not free hold, and i have payed for the lease for 99 years. they also said they wanted to put a second charge on my house. About a year later all was well and i got my personal business manager to release the charge on my home. any way i fell into difficulty and havent paid any thing to them since 2005. I recieved a letter from them saying that unless i payed them they were going to start proceedings on my home, i phoned them up and explained that i couldnt afford to pay, and reminded them that they had relesed the charge that they had on my home back to me. I was on the phone for over two hours being passed to different people. i made an appointment with my business manager to sort it out, but when she tryed she told me she no longer had any control over the account, she phoned head office and they couldnt give her any info, she looked as stunned as me. Finally i recieved a letter from Metropolitan Collection Service, saying HSBC had passed my debt of £24719.02 and to contact them. I did and explained i had already asked hsbc to repossess my shop, and i havnt heard any thing from them since. It feels like something isnt right, why havnt they taken me to court, why cant they answer my questions, and y send me a letter saying they would start proceedings on my house which i had already sold,
